I’m Chelle—coach, wife, mom, and the founder of the Midlife Momentum Method. For over 15 years, I’ve been helping women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s rediscover their strength, energy, and confidence. But this isn’t just what I do—it’s what I’ve lived.
My journey didn’t begin in a fancy gym or a studio. It started in my garage, with a pair of dumbbells, a lot of questions, and a deep desire to feel strong in my own skin again. Like many women, I spent years believing cardio was the only way. But in my 40s, I discovered the truth: strength training changed everything—from how I looked to how I felt.
Now, at 52, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. And I’ve made it my mission to show other women that strength has no expiration date.
I created the Midlife Momentum Method to deliver real results for real women—without fad diets, punishment workouts, or shame. My method is built on six key pillars: strength, nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress management, and recovery. It’s the exact framework I use myself, and the same one I’ve used to guide over 100 women through powerful transformations.
